CHEESE CAKE
From Bob in Zelienople

Use a spring form pan
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/3 cup sugar in a small bowl
1/2 stick butter (add to mix)
Melt butter in microwave
Spray cooking oil in pan
Place mixture in pan
Put in fridge

Put 5, 8oz blocks of cream cheese in bowl
Soften mix
Add 1, 1/3 cup sugar
Add 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Add 4 eggs (room temperature), one at a time
Mix in pan

Bake 3, 1/2 hours at 225 degrees
