Janet's Eggnog Meatloaf Recipe (Mother's recipe)

  1 pound lean ground beef
  1/4 pound ground pork
  1 cup bread crumbs
  1/4 cup raisins
  2 cups eggnog
  2 tablespoons ketchup
  Cinnamon to taste

Combine all ingredients in a bowl, and mix with hands. Form into a ball roughly the size of a cantaloupe. Bake in a shallow baking dish at 375 degrees for 2 hours, or until center is uniform in color with outside of loaf. Serves 6 to 8.
