Many have asked me if I would produce a show similar to "After Midnight with Gary Dickson", which they would be able to listen to on this website. It was a nice thought, if I could actually take phone calls from listeners. Well, I've done some work on my studio and now have the ability to record off the phone.

First, I should let you know that this will be an experiment. I'm certainly willing to give it a try to see if we can come up with something interesting. To do this, like the old radio show, I'll need audience participation.

As with the radio show, this new show, called Deeper Currents, will use the "open phones" concept. This means you can get on the show to talk about your own subject. Since this will not be a live show, the process of "calling" will be a bit more involved. If you would like to chat with me, you will need to email me first. I will then contact you to set up a time when we can talk on the phone. Wow! A talk show that calls you!

Many of you say you miss hearing calls from the After Midnight regulars. While I'm going to do my best to get as many of those folks on the show as I can, I certainly don't want to limit the calls to only that group. If you would like to be one of my callers, please let me know. It might be a lot of fun. I'd love to hear from you!
